James Suckling's Top 100 French Wines. Montrachet 2014 and Grands Echezeaux 2015

Joseph Drouhin Montrachet Grand Cru Marquis de Laguiche 2014 - 99 Points
Clarity reminiscent of a mountain stream here. Aromas of flowers, light apples, lemons and hints of hazelnuts. Subtle. Full-bodied yet agile and so energetic. Dense and tight with superb depth and length. Very, very long. Such harmony. Perfect now but perfect later. It's just a great wine.

Joseph Drouhin Grands Echezeaux Grand Cru 2015 - 98 Points
Mind-blowing aromas of cherries that have a smoke and spice undertone. Full body. Fruit intensity is phenomenal, expanding and filling your mouth. Unique wine this vintage. Drink in 2022 but already so impressive.
