Vines are growing

Chablis, Côte d'Or
Growth is currently in line with 2008 and 2009. Vines waited before they rushed to grow, which is good to minimize the cutworms impact. We are only 2 leaves out in general in the Chardonnay. Weather is good, still on the warm side and dry.

Oregon, DDO
Quite warm and early start. For once, DDO grows ahead of our Burgundian estate. This is not my preferred scenario though. I prefer late harvest than early ones.
Frost, although not as common as in Chablis, is still a risk and we can't wait to reach May.
